Rotten boards, termite damage, failed subfloors, water-warped timber — we rip it out and do it right.

Timber floor board repairs Central Coast
  • Full board replacement — not filler, not patches, actual new timber matched to your floor
  • Termite and rot damage repaired back to solid structure
  • Subfloor rebuilt where needed — bearers, joists, the lot
  • Water-damaged sections cut out and replaced with kiln-dried stock
  • Loose boards re-fixed, squeaks eliminated at the source

Most floor problems start underneath. A board might look fine on top but be rotten through, sitting on a joist that termites hollowed out years ago. We pull up what needs pulling up and see what we're dealing with.

If your subfloor is shot, we rebuild it — new bearers, new joists, proper ventilation sorted. If it's just boards, we source matching species and grades so the repair disappears once it's sanded and finished. Blackbutt, Spotted Gum, Tallowwood, Ironbark — we know where to get it and how to work it.

Water damage is the same story. The wet boards come out, the subfloor dries, we check for mould, then new kiln-dried timber goes in. No shortcuts, no nailing wet boards back down and hoping for the best.

Squeaks and movement usually mean loose fixings or gaps between board and joist. We re-nail or screw from underneath where possible, pack gaps with shims, and get the floor solid again.
