- Matte, satin or gloss — your call on the final look
- Any species, any size — residential through to commercial
Sanding is where the transformation happens. We take floors that look tired, scratched, discoloured or coated in decades of polyurethane and bring them back to raw timber. Then we build up a finish that suits how you actually live.
We run dust-extraction gear on every machine. You won't need plastic sheeting through the whole house or a week of cleaning after we leave. The timber dust goes into our vacuums, not your kitchen.
For finish, most jobs now go water-based. It's low odour, dries fast, and you can walk on it the next day. The old solvent-based polys took days to cure and stunk the house out. Water-based also doesn't amber over time — your floor stays the colour you chose.
We do matte, satin, semi-gloss and full gloss. Matte hides wear better for high-traffic homes. Gloss shows off the grain on feature timbers. We'll tell you what works for your species and lifestyle — no upselling, just straight advice.
